Photographic art prints are available for purchase on this Site. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order if it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed payment, rest assured, we will refund you the amount you paid.
Shipping & Returns
Goods will be delivered by standard delivery 7-14 days, within Canada. We are a small business and we will get your print to you as soon as we can! Of course, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. We only accept refund requests for goods damaged in transit. Please contact us at hi@cityandshe.com to start the refund process.
